Hi guys, on day 9 now and feeling amazing
had my first weigh in yesterday and i've lost nearly a stone! so happy
i was so determined to stick to it 100% and not cheat but i was feeling a quite tired this morning so i had a banana and i feel so guilty it's unbelievable
. it probably sounds stupid but im pretty disappointed with myself, will it affect weight loss or am i just being silly?
