I am writing to say how excited I am that I am going to be starting the Exante diet tomo - I have ordered the bumper pack which seems to be much cheaper than the Cambridge diet I was going to do - however I am allergic to Aspertame so that would have been restrictive for me
I'm very excited - I have 25 pound to lose after losing 32 pound conventionally - I've been yo yoing for the last stone having lost it three times!!!
