    Ah best of luck! I lost two stove in seven weeks last year on trf, it goes slowly sometimes but is mostly fine and totally worth it :)

    Hi I wish you lots of luck with your weight loss.

    if I can give you any advice, it is to take it easier on the first few days with regards to exercise. I ended up losing a whopping 3kg in the first weekend, which left me feeling weak.

    i am now completing week 4: I have lost 1st 6pounds and I've been sticking to it to the letter. I have found that I lost a lot of weight in the first couple of weeks and this has slowed down. I took my pharmacists advice not to take on any additional exercise, but with the nice weather I'm desperate to ride to work, which Im hoping might speed things back up again.

    I have also found that the taste of the shakes gets better with time, I think you just get used to it.

    starting weight 74.9 kg
    week 1: 70.40 kg
    week 2: 70.10
    week 3: 67.5
