day one nearly over!!

    well day one of ss for me nearly over i did feel hungry abt 6pm but got through it thanks to all your comments and tips xx

    Well done I think the only way to get through week 1 is take a day at a time, even hour by hour if you have to.

    I was in your position this time last week, but I have got back from my first weigh in and have lost 5 1/2lbs and 2 inches off my waist.

    Week one can be tough but you'll get through it and see the results!!

    Well done you have done so well. Your fist few days can be hard but it is worth it and it will get easier and start feeling like a new person. Keep up the good work. You can do this
