Day One third time

This is my third time on Lipotrim the last being 2016 when I went from 13stone to 10 stone in 10 weeks . Find myself now at 12 Stone 10 with fatty liver again and with a toddler grandson the time has come to sort myself out and this time I have persuaded 2 work colleagues to join me for support and motivation and they saw the weight loss the last time. So off we went this morning to the Chemist and I got mu Strawberry and Chocolate shakes wouldn't touch the flap jacks or soup. First few days are the worst but really need to get myself sorted

How are you getting on Debbie?

Yes I agree, the first few days are the most difficult, once you’re through the first 4-5 days you start to feel really good.
