Day one underway....

Started this morning and have had toast, I should have had cereal really I think to keep me full longer....never mind just hoping I make it through the day with no binges!
 
Hi welcome Im new too, my first day today too. I had weetabix for breakfast, usually keeps me full until about oh about 10am. lol.

I have my cereal when I get up and then a bit later have toast then a banana. I find this keeps me fuller and stop me eating loads through the day.. I blew the points last night and have a bit of a hangover, want to eat rubbish but need to try and repair the damage last night!
 
i find if i have just toast i'm starving an hr later,,so now i've started making scramble egg using 3 eggs but only one yoke so thats only 1 and half points,,fills me up for ages!!

My sons bedroom is sparkling now as I have spent most of the day decluttering and cleaning it to keep me out of the kitchen lol....its worked though I have had 12.5 points so far out of 23 so not too bad I reckon.
