This is day 1 on the CD and I've just had my first pack of the day..Banana milkshake. Although the flavor was nice, the texture seemed slightly bitty! I feel positive ? x

Welcome to Cambridge, in my opinion the best decision you'll ever make.
In regards to the shakes, i ONLY have cappuccino shakes & peanut bars (yum) The cappuccino shakes i make in a blender and blend with ice,
if you like cofffee.. you'll love it! It tastes just like a frappuccino from costa
You can blend any of the shakes, the texture will be alot more frothy & refreshing! x

Hey Sinead,
Thank you for the tip regarding blending ice, I shall use that and hope it makes a difference. I do like coffee so I'll try that flavor, I'm looking forward to trying the bars, when I'm at that stage lol thank you x
