Hi Rachel, Welcome to cd'ing, the 1st few days are the hardest but get through it and it does easier! I want to lose 40lbs in total and after 2 weeks i've lost 11 already, it really works!!! This site if fab for inspiration and support too! Don't forget lots of water!!
Welcome! This really works but the first few days are the hardest. However once you are over them you should be fine. I am in week three now and it is sort of second nature not to eat now!! Im sure the time will come when I have had enough (hopefully after reaching my target!) but right now its working for me and I have lost 16lbs in two weeks! Keep coming on here it provides great support Good luck xx
