I just made some cauliflower cheese with bacon to have alongside a bowl of cock-a-leekie soup mmm!
Just did a large portion of cauliflower and cooked it til almost done on the stove. Chopped three bits of lean bacon into small pieces and cooked it in frylight.
Made this cheese sauce with quark, some mustard powder, splash of milk from my A choice allowance and salt and pepper.
Mixed everything up and put it in a casserole dish and sprinkled my second HexA choice worth's of low-fat cheddar on top and cooked in the oven for about 15 mins. Came out lovely and got a bit spare to have with a roast tonight.
Bit of a hashed together invention rather than a strict recipe but it 'turned out nice'!
