day two ... Just watched boys eat a mc

    Drinking Black coffee (which I've never liked before. ?.) Husband just brought his mcds for my boys ... Did not even steal a fry!!!! So focused

    Thanks I find it okay when everyone is eating but really hard on the evening. You have lost so much did you find any particular time harder

    On my first round of LT I found it so easy I have no clue where my motivation came from lol. No matter what people were eating even if they were my 'favourite foods' or what time of day it was nothing ever bothered me.

    Now on my second round I'm struggling. Have no clue why :( Everything just smells so good but I'm resisting and staying 100%. I just try to keep reminding myself its only for a few more weeks. How are you getting on?

    Crazili makeup same as to when other people are eating or even when I've cooked food for family I've not been bother is just on evenings I find I'm hungry or perhaps not hungry just want to eat lol ! I'm on my sixth day and not cheated just how scales are kind. You have done fabulous even in your refeed weeks ! What did you areat in your refeed weeks? :)

    Thanks :) I found when Im cooking for my fiance during TFR I'm a lot more adventurous trying new recipes and finding healthier ways of cooking. Must say he was enjoying himself and he even lost some weight too (Not that he even needed to at 6'2 and 13st 2).

    In the refeed weeks I'm not really sure why I lost so much my pharmacist said I should have maintained or gained. She was a bit confused lol... I doubled the refeed week so I done day1 x2 then day2 x2 and day3 x2 you get my point. I done this because I really didnt think by body could handle eating potatoes on day 3 after almost 5 months of nothing, and I was definitely right. Even when I first introduced potates on day 5 I was so sick and could only eat less then half of what was recommended. Apart from that i did some walking 30-40mins 4 days a week and thats it :)

    That's sound s like a fab plan to refeed. I did diet chef before lost the weight I wanted only to put it straight back on determined not to. Can't believe food is not really bothering me and I'm on day 6. I'm planning to do this lt for 8 weeks but I will go by my loss

    First week watched my boys Eat mcd, cooked chicken tandoori with my special rice felt tired bored constipated. ?..... Who cares lost ....5lb
