Nearly through day 2 but sooo hungry! My mind is doing me in keep saying to myself this isn't for you just give it up and start again another day, order a pizza and have a glass of wine! But the rest of me is thinking no way! I have a very short time to lose 2 stone and constantly quitting and restarting is not going to get me there.
