Hi guys, Im on day two of the tfr programme, its not been bad so far really.... that strawberry drink didnt make it any easier though haha!
I'm just hoping that i will get in the routine quickly and not think about it so much..because its new its all i can think about! haha!

First few days are the hardest. The strawberry shakes are yuk!!! You are doing brilliant and it gets easier. It will be worth it in the end!

thanks guys.. its really nice to have a group to talk to people too, its going make it so much easier to stay on track, yay cant wait to start feeling better, dead exited for my first weigh in now!!
