Step 1 Sole Source + Day1 until present

I have been in the sole source plus diet for almost 2 weeks now.

Week 1 was surprisingly good! Stuck to the diet religiously and lost 9lbs in my first weigh in!

Week 2 I am finding a lot harder, still sticking to the diet but I have reduced the amount of water I am drinking and starting to slightly increase calories for my 200cal meal, scared I'm gradually creeping away from it.

Any tips for motivation would be greatly appreciated!

How good did you feel when you lost that 9lbs? Keep remembering the time when you seen the scales dropping! Also, try on some clothes you really want to wear that don't quite fit, that motivates me usually! I've also taking weekly pics in the same clothes, I'm only on week 2 but I can already see the difference and I keep looking back at the pics!

I also keep imagining the disappointed look my CDC will give me if I don't lose weight....that's enough to keep my focused lol x

Thank you so much Hun, I just think that weekends are the hardest because you're home and not doing as much, but you've definitely given me some motivation to stay on track!

Weekends are a nightmare for me too, being around the kids and they eat and eat and I'm just not busy enough like I am at work.

Tmora I'm going to spilt my meals so I have shake for breakfast, then small meal for lunch, then shake at 3ish, small evening meal at 6ish then my chocolate bar and milk in the evening. I'm hoping it will feel like I'm always picking like the kids do!!

YAY weigh in today and despite the fact that i've found this 2nd week really hard, still managed to lose 6lbs, 1st 1 lb in just under 2 weeks, SO HAPPY!! :D
