So just because most CDers are quite sanely taking a break over xmas, be that one meal, one day, or one month... doesn't mean you can't sign up to this month's challenge. In fact I'd say it's more important than ever.
So, come new year's eve - what weight difference do you want to be from where you are now? Aiming for a loss, or even a STS or a small gain? Get it down in black and white and you'll have a target to spur you on.
I'm going for the standard stone - but that's because i'm obsessive and am not taking a break at all!
Want to join in? Find the latest post with a list in it (this is important - if you use an earlier one, you'll be setting back people's progress, which is pretty upsetting) - then you can either copy and paste the list, or quote the post by pressing the quote button on the bottom right of the post (on my iphone, there's a 'V' button on the top right of each post that takes you to the quote option). If you quote, you need to remove the 'quote' tags inside the square brackets at the beginning and end.
