I asked my ww consultant tonight and she said our last wi would be on 13th Dec and then not back till 3rd Jan! Eeek worried about staying on track But decided im going to do my own weigh in to keep me on track, i need to or i will go off the rails..

I want to be in the tens for xmas day so i need to lose 5lbs to be 10 stone 13.5lbs ha...il weigh myself xmas morning as i am having a free day then and then straight back on it boxing day...strict but id rather be in the tens that eat chocolate for the sake of it.

Hey can I join I'm thinking my goal for December as 4pounds excluding Xmas so for the next 2weigh ins after 2mo's weigh in as Xmas be filled with food & drink lol!!! That should take me down to 9.5 tats if I sts in 2mo meeting as I feel I'm up this week so bloated :-(...... Thanks all an goodluck gooooo team dec !!!!! Xx
