Well done Francis and Kaz,

Francis a sts at this time of the year is excellent. You still have a week till Christmas then the week after Christmas to get the 2lb if you want. Me personally I'd be delighted with a sts or small gain xxx

Just a quick message to say i lost another 3.5lbs this week so i actually exceeded my challenge! Massive boost :) Plus it will make me feel a little less guilty when Christmas comes around!! Can someone update the list for me please?

Some good losses! Any gains will be off soon enough :) has a jan challenge been set up? Lol x
 
Will set that and the Easter challenge up later when I'm home x
 
Have joined the jan challenge :) might encourage me not to stuff my face so much over the Xmas break!!
