I have been a lurker on here for so long but have finally bitten the bullet and start participating! I have been doing SW for almost 7 weeks now and after previously trying other diets have discovered this is definitely the one for me.

Wishing everyone the best of luck in their weightloss, with the support I have received on here already I have no doubt I will be able to reach my goal
