Yes thats what i'm up to this weekend.
I am finding the weekends so hard so i'm putting up the decorations. The children are mad excited. Even my 2 year old who didn't understand last year.
The weekly shopping is a nightmare. All that lovely rich food ie. sweets, cakes, nibbles......
I think i'll shop on line today. Those adds on tv have a lot to answer for.
I've only 9 days on LT left and then refeed. I can do this. I know i can !!!!!!!!!

You can definitely doing, you are doing brill, when are you due your next weigh in? The ads on telly are a real pain, it leaves you thinking about food even when you aren't that bothered.

hiya Teg yes you can do this you are so close do not give in to temptation i totally agree with regrds to the ads but we are stronger and wil survive
