    Hi
i am sure i saw that Asda frozen cheese omelettes were syn free somewhere. On llifeline Online i see they are 3.5 syns each. I am wondering if i use my healthy A cheese allowance, how many syns can i take off as they still contain whole milk...
I just bought some for lunch but don't want to waste 7 syns on them!!

I don't know if it's right but personally I would count the 2 of them as 1 Syn as a HE is usually 6 Syns. I would take the cheese and milk content to add up to one HE A. Not much help I know but that's what I would do. Best to ask your consultant at your next WI.
