Hiya,

can anyone please help, ive been weighing my salad and food and calculating the net carbs and dont seem to be having enough.

please help am i doing it right

b: 2 egg omlette, 2 bacon, spinach and small flaxmeal pancake = 3.4 net carbs

l:salad, prawns and mayo = 3g for the salad

d:chicken meat from kebab shop, salad and garlic mayo = 3g for the salad

s: sf jelly and cream 1g

so thats only 10.4 g

Please help, any suggestions would be good

More green leaf veggies and less snacks then Dee :)

thanks jim,

so gonna measure my veg with a cup so no confusion. when you say green leaf veggies, what if i have mushrooms i still use the cup right.

not gonna have any cream, today am having

b:2 egg omlette filled with half cup of mushroom and spinach with 2 bacon

l:tuna salad and mayo

d:cup of veg with either chicken or meat loaf

no snacks if i can help it

I always counted mushrooms as a free food Dee, they were in the original book, not sure what the new ones say. That's a Mug by the way, the US Cup measure is about the size of one of our standard coffee mugs love.
