delayed sunday weigh in

As u all know my weigh in was on sunday but i was up rather early hanging on railings watching london marathon, no way taking scales london, been ill had millions of throat sweets and ive weighed today at

NOT GOOD!!!!
12ST 3 3/4
GAINED 1LB 1/4
MATTIE HASNT WEIGHED IN YET!!!
I HAVE TO BE 12ST 0 .5 BY FRIDAY THE 2ND MAY!!!!!

Did you enjoy yourself? I've watched the great North Run a few times and it is wonderful
