    It's hard both hunger wise and mentally I think but I just keep myself busy, my house has never been so clean!! Well that's my first goal as don't wanna set something that I can't achieve! I've had an omelette tonight as it's nice to chew something!! Yes I've got a meal out with a friend on feb 21st so wanna get as low before then! You'll soon be on day 10 before u know it but the next few days are the worst, but u may b lucky as you have been healthy eating already xx

    Oh I'm sorry to here that Sarah, it's hard to wen ur single parent cos u gotta keep going with the kids.

    I've had a meal everyday this week so not sure how ill do, bit yes try step 3 it's still less calories then a normal diet. At the end of the babe u gotta wats best for u xxx

    Thank you hunnie, I really appreciate that!! Im still feeling ill now :( Iv struggled all day to get anything done at all.

    When is your weigh day? Im sure ul still do great, cant wait to see how uv done!! xx

    Well Sarah my day has got worse so I'm sitting here with glass of prosecco! I know, I know I shouldn't but will have to walk the dawg twice as far tomorrow xx

    You have an extra day on me, mine is currently Sunday and Im really not sure what to expect. lol I am so tempted to have a glass of wine now lol xx

    At the end of the day do wat u want, but I've really ****ed up tonight and probably now out of ketosis but sometimes needs must!! I'll be bak on it tomorrow I hope xxx but really disappointed with myself xx
