Delivery and motivation!!

hello everyone and well done on all your losses.

i was just wondering how long does it take for a delivery to come when you order online!!

I have 5 days of cambridge shakes and wanna try and get back into this but fancying exante so i dont have to see CDC.

I get weighed at work weekly with a couple of the girls and that is good enough for me. The scales are accurate we work in NHS!!!

So come on let me know and also give me some motivation to join you all.

I go on hols 9 weeks today and am looking to start next wednesday if i can. So that will give me 8 weeks till holidays.

How much did you loose in your forst 8 weeks?

I got my first pack last week and it came within 2 days, I read on here most people got theirs quite quick too. 8 week is loads of time im sure your do just great! just keep focused and think about how good your look on your holiday! good luck!

I got my order the next day
8 weeks should show you a loss of 2 stone maybe more if you follow TS
