Oh heck! I've just seen on the news that if you are overweight in your 30s and 40s, you are 70% more likely to develop dementia. As my mun and both grandmothers got dementia, I've got no chance but to all you youngsters out there, it's a good thing to add to your reasons for losing now. At least you've got a chance to change before it's too late.
By the way, in every news item about obesity they show fat people walking down the street. They always miss out their heads for anonymity but you would still recognise yourself wouldn't you? God that would be a nightmare - those poor souls!
