Desperate, but too busy?

Could you add some chopped carrots and mushrooms?

The kids won't eat it if it has mushrooms in it... They can't see the mess in their bedrooms, but they can spot a microscopic piece of mushroom in their dinner!!

I had it with salad. I am feeling a bit peckish now tbh. I have used all my syns (actually I've gone over slightly) and my heA. I haven't had a heB yet, but can't think of anything I have in that I can have for a it. I suppose I could have an egg on a piece of wholemeal bread/toast.
 
Just a quick update. I lost 3lbs in week 1, yes I am very pleased with that. I have been 100% on plan in week 2, but feel so bloated! I have been drink a litre of water plus my usual gallon of tea and pepsi max, so I have definitely been drinking enough. I've been having lots of fruit and salad too, so should be ok... I honestly feel like I have gained, not lost.
 
When do you get weighed, you just need a good wee lol
