    Hi everyone

Please forgive me, im very tired, and have been reading this site for over an hour now, great reading, but im stuck, and don't know where to post for guidance, if its in the wrong place, im sorry.

What my problem is i need to loose 1 and a half stone, and i don't know what is best for me, im a fussy eater who can't eat anything first thing in the morning, i don't eat much vegetables, and hardly ever eat cakes, sweets, crisps, or fizzy drinks, i like my 2 glasses of wine on a Friday night though.

Some people think im mad, and say i should just tone up, but im so depressed, i think its middle age spread, i have started to use my exercise bike, and walk when the weathers ok, but i don't like what i see, i know i need to loose weight as well, i just don't know what's best for me, i was thinking of the eurodiet, or the cambridge diet, but as they sound so good, im unsure if i could join for a month or 2, then i thought of slimfast.....sorry to go on, i just don't know what to do :(

Any help would be so appreciated

    Weight Watchers
Im not sure how suitable CD is for a month or 2.

Personally Id recommend Weight Watchers, Im a really fussy eater too, dont like vegetables at all, and like you like the odd glass of wine (or 3 ;) )

Something like WW or SW might be best, the losses are slower than CD but if you only have 21lbs to lose even at 1.5/2lbs a week thats not going to take too long.

There are lots of people on here doing CD who will be better to advise you as to its suitability for you, if WW or SW appeals more, why not check those forums, youll get some great food ideas, and theres a Food Diary section in WW which will give you an idea of what some people are eating AND losing weight :)

Good luck whatever option you go with

Someone has already given you excellent advice but I thought I'd add my 2 cents worth too! LOL

Anyway, I am a fussy eater too. Hence, I tried a lot of different things but calorie counting worked for me. I thought it was a good approach for me because I was in control of what I consumed and it just had to fit into my calorie intake for the day. I kept a food journal and just used free sites to get calorie information and the number of calories I should consume to lose weight. I lost about 0.5 - 1 kg per week.

I guess what I am trying to say is it's all about trying different things until you find an approach that works for you!

I know you can do this. If I can do it, anyone can!

Please let us know how you are going.

    BIG HUGS!:)
