Desperate Now...This time I really mean it !

Well what with all the stress over the passed couple of months I have put on alot of weight...I need to shift it desperately.:sigh:

My clothes are not fitting, I have 2 pairs trs and a few tops to wear and am feeling like a real frump. :cry:

I have made the decision to start again today and not Monday as before. I will need plenty of support and probably a few kicks too.

Wish me luck, think im gonna need it.
