desperate to start the diet

Hi, I am sorry to repeat this (just put it in the new starter forum too) but I am desperate to start the diet but my book and starter pack has not arrived from ebay yet and no sign of it being posted either! (no group over here to join)

please can someone tell me the basics of the green and red days cause I have forgotten it all from years ago.

And the sin value of wine and vodka lol

If you look at the top of this page there is a thread entitled - newbies information (or something like that lol). It gives ALL the info on the plans and things.

you could alwaysgo onto the slimming world website and on the home page you will find a menu plan for the week
