Hi everyone
So after WI on Monday finding out I gained 1.5 I was gutted been good 99% of the week although the week before was terrible food wise but I lost 2lb so wondering if it caught up with me the following week!!!
Anyway I was determined this week to get back on track but slowly falling off the wagon - yesterday had a rare night in with my fiance who decided popcorn/ skittles and ice cream were a plan I know I should have resisted but I didn't and then today took our 5 year old son to the park and we all had ice cream (cry)
I'm so angry with myself and need to get myself together otherwise I will be a fat bride come October even that's not motivating me at the minute
