this picture was the shock it took to get me started on my CD journey . It was taken by my 3 year old and made me feel so ill that I had to do something ....

and this is a picture I took on day 1

this is me 4.5 stone down

this is my wedding day , 5.5 stone down

and this was me last week trying dresses on for my work crimbo do , nearly 7 stone down

I am hoping that very soon I will be able to post some true 'after ' pictures of me at goal

thanks everyone just wanted to add another pic , taken today , 7.5 stone down , 11lb to go This room had a wall of mirrors and it sound terrible but I couldnt stop looking at myself , I have never ever liked how I look but I am starting to get there now
