Wow Mrs!! You absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!!! I have only just found all the pics on this forum. Thats enough to stop me ruining my day 2 on CD!! I did gain a little , I did SW and lost one week and gained the next , I gained about 7 lb in total , most of this was my carb stores as I carry quite a lot of water !
I plan to follow SW principals when I get to goal and eat a low carb diet
