Determined to be foxy 42 by 2014! Want to join me?

Dinner was lovely. 35 min drive each way but good to go out especially as my friend said I looked slim. Hooray!! I had slightly different and a spur of the moment treat but think I'm still in syns although I can't get prezzo nutritional info to open grrrr

Starter: red onion and tomato salad (asked for no dressing, was told iT doesn't come with anything and it turned up with olive oil on it grrrrr) (counted 3 as most on plate!)
Main: mixed salad (counted 1 for odd olive), penne arrabbiata (4 at most i reckon as not oily at all)
Dessert: (yes how exciting and it's my favourite dessert which reminds me of lovely Italy) affogato so just one scoop vanilla ice cream and espresso (ooooooooh yumymyummy) (7)

Syns for day 15.5 including lunch. Not bad not bad at all!!

Oh to wake up and 1- see the sun at least shining if not warm and 2- feel lively. Bug knocked me out and I'm so lacking in oomph. Nerves are really bad today (had meltdown) so going to meditate before work and hope it helps. Counselling tonight after a 2 week break and it shows me I am really not there yet and need to keep working on it. Sorry this is a down post but things have been building and my anxiety is just round the corner so I've got to work to go the other way. Food etc not an issue at the moment so I have no concern about that which is great and a massive change but I just want to hibernate!! I'm sure the weather plays a big part as does work that is dead and k on leave today so I'm in my little office on my lonesome. London tomorrow which will mean an early finish I hope - and then the weekend with footie (at home hooray), golf and I've heard a rumour, warmth and sunshine!!

Hugs for you too. The sun is on it's way, have faith. Sorry your anxieties are kicking in so strongly, and hope that your counselling session is a good one tonight. Don't worry about posting 'down' stuff. This is your space to use as you want. And blow it, I'm sure every one on this board has down posts. We are entitled to down stuff as well as the up stuff, write about it as much as you want. XXXXX

THanks micci x you're a star. Minimins is my 2nd counselling session!!

Feeling loads better. I do think hormones may play a big part and post virus too. Work is actually not dull just lovely and calm and quiet. I've done a bit of work, chatted some stuff through with staff, been up to town to get lunch and buy some bday pressies for friends and now to eat and do some policy work before counselling. Meditation helped a lot. Must get back into it. I have a class weds so that'll spur me on.

Hope your day is ok!!! Someone is surely having a good day out of us miniminers?!

All bran and milk - a and b

Pasta salad with boiled eggs and roasted veg. Sandwich shop lady said they use about 1 tsp of oil on their veg so that's my other b to be safe. Added 2 tbsp blue dragon sweet chilli sauce (4).
Tonight I think butternut squash risotto from comfort food book. LOVE that so much, it's just so filling and tasty.

Some more syns on I don't know what but probably about 5 to take me to 9. Mmmm choices choices!

Hope your day is good today, and your meditaion took you to where you needed to be. It peeing down here - but I'm still planning for a good day :) Catch - I'm sending you one too.

Got it! Much better today. Counselling was good- a really relaxed session talking about lots of different things including my increasing anxieties which made me realise how nutty they are!!

D made risotto last night and I had yogurt with lemon curd stirred in for my syns.

Today - weetabix with total and banana and grapes. Coffee
Lunch (bought last night)-waitrose veggie sushi. Salad bowl. Quorn roast fillets. (Will be eating this on train to London)
Dinner- not sure yet - inspiration may strike today but I'm guessing a veggie mince chilli or bolognese or tofu stir fry...

Excited as put a bet on the masters and my man is in the lead! Sure it'll change as he is not great usually but good for now. We shall see.

Have a great day all. Weekend is nearly upon us (pheweeee)- lets hope it's one with sun and butterflies.

Ps- nest building started in one of my boxes but has started before and stopped so I will keep you posted on btittys progress

It's nice to hear you are feeling so much better today. Don't let the London weather spoil it :) Wave to the birds for me when you go by them next time and tell them there are lots of people on line very interested in them.

Yoohoo all happy evening! Had a good meeting with the 2 solicitors. Had lovely comments from a colleague about my size. Could've kissed her! Train was the slowest ever but I got back, walked to get car from office and scooted home. Realised this am in the office that I didn't have my wedding ring on. Thought I might have put on hand cream so looked around my desk - not there. Got someone else to look as have 'missing item blindness' (ie it is RIGHT there and yet I don't see it), but nope. So I said it'd be at home (take it off when I go to bed as its v v chunky) but when I got home - not there. Ok bathroom...not there. Sh!t! D came home. We both looked . I went back to the office. Not there. Home again and I told d to stop looking as it'd hopefully turn up the way things do but I have no idea where the hell the damn thing could be and am quietly freaking out whilst simultaneously being in a good mood. It must be here but where?! We've looked everywhere logical and I wouldn't put it somewhere weird. It's just a mystery as toyah would say.

Cooking dins. Trying morrisons veggie mince for first time. (1.5). Have totally folded and had wine (6). If I can keep it at that I will be pleased but knowing me I will have 2 glasses (12). Still in syns even with days consumption.

If its sunny Sunday we are having a BBQ!! Love them . Have a great Friday night. Isn't it just the best night of the week?

Hoping your wedding band turns up soon - it might of slipped off your finger because your fingers are getting slimmer :)

I love BBQ's....what kinda things do you do on yours?. We don't have them in this house because it means shutting the cats away so we can have the back door open etc and its just not practical. Used to love BBQ's in the other house though had them every weekend in the high of summer.

Friday is defo my favourite day of the week too! ;)

Enjoy your wine - and thank you for all your wonderful support xxxxx

Gosh how nice to hear you so cheerful, but what a poop about your wedding ring. How on earth can you be missing something that chunky that you take it off when going to bed? Fingers crossed and screwed into knots that it pops up tomorrow sometime when you are more relaxed and not actively searching for it, I know what you meant, I get that panic struck blindness too. I lost my car and house keys late one night, absolutely desperate to get my boy back and get onto my mother's - I searched the house, pockets and bags, even stopped the washing machine and searched there in case I'd put them in with the clothes in a fit of absentmindness. In the end, they were on the settee where I'd put them down, with a cat sitting on top of them. I do hope it's something basic along the same lines for you. A sudden thought, jackdaws? Magpies?

It goes both ways hunni... X

On my bbqs we would have veggie sausages, burgers etc (asda last year did this great BBQ pack with fillets that were kind of chargrilled and lovely burgers). We would also do these things where you get a flour tortilla, fill with cheese, chopped chillis and coriander and wrap in tin foil and grill it. Also pesto pasta salad, jackets, beans or BBQ beans etc etc!!!!! Oh and salads - potato, coleslaw, mixed. This is obviously with a lot of people! With just me and d we would have some of the above! My sis loves haloumi but its not veggie sadly.

He found it yes yes yes!!! I cried. Basically it was on its side by our radiator in the bedroom which is behind a 'root shelf' thing. It must have been on my bedside table, got knocked off and rolled across the room. Phew. All your good vibes must have led him to it.

No food yet just a coffee and a tea but think as its footie I'm going to have a 'fry up' at 12ish. Cauldron sausages, eggs, toast, beans and mushs if he left me any last night! Last night I did only have one glass of wine so was well below the 15. About 12 I think. May have one tonight. Much more healthy to spread it out (usually once a week but a few glasses). Last night I was cross re ring so I thought 'right I'm having wine, sod a wine glass it's going into a tumbler' (Nutella one) I'm going to pour to the top - but I couldn't do it and got out the measuring jug. Ahhhhhh help I have become SO scarily sensible! The truth is to the top of the glass was only 175 anyway so my rebellion would have been short lived!

Been watching birds since 8.30. So cute! Have a great day x

Ps isn't it quiet on here now? If there is anyone reading but scared of posting then make yourself known! Don't be shy I used to just 'lurk' but we don't bite!!

Phew .... X And X for being so sensible these days. Enjoy the footie you sports crazy woman.

Yay! Thank flip you found it!. I'm just waiting for T to get home from work and I'm considering a fry up type of brunch too - what are the cauldron sausages like in comparison to the quorn ones taste and syn wise? I tried the LM rosemary and red onion ones a few weeks ago and they tasted of nothing I know they're syn free but so is fresh air :D xx

The Lincolnshire ones are 0.5 each and I love them - much nicer than quorn. Soya based so more bouncy and more like a banger. ImageUploadedByMiniMins.com1365851750.772267.jpg
