I am determined to get slim for next year when we are having two hols one to Tunisia and one to Barcelona. There is no excuse as i have got all the SW books and cook books and have sent for the one pot wonder.

My daughter is very slim and can't get into my wedding dress...so what has gone wrong with me

I love this site and am sure it will help me thru and hope I in turn will be able to give some good tiips

You can do it! Get involved in a few groups and see those pounds melt.

thanks talisha. I am funny when I am a bit naughty I lose weight but sometimes I am good for ages and nothing shifts. I think exercise is my main weapon.

This site is the best thing ever ...better than going to a class

EE doesn't work as well for me either Hun, think it's cos I love carbs
Red days work eat for me as I then have to limit my potatoes pasta etc

And you can definitely do it!! xx
