Well, after a good few weeks of stopping and starting I finally feel like I want to be doing this now. Was really good yesterday and stuck to my points despite being quite stressed at times and have just been shopping and stocked up on healthy, low point foods (plus a few treats-WW lemon cheesecake mmm) and for some reason this time just feel like I can actually do this. Was quite proud of myself that despite being hungry whilst shopping, I managed to resist the cakes and more importantly, the freshly baked Tiger bread which is usually my downfall.
