i`m now on my 3rd week everything has been fine, but today i had my 1st bar, well half of 1.
since then i`ve had a bit of a rumbly tum, but i`ve just had major diarrhoea, never seen anything like it.
is this the bars, have bought 2 weeks worth, need them for going away.
when i cooked a pack i had bad stomach, not sure if it is the bar, or maybe my stomach rejecting food?
any ideas anyone.

i`m knackered and really want to go to bed, but gota wait til it stops, my bed is 2 floors from bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i think i`ll just keep having half a bar a day till my stomach gets used to them, i go away on the 10th, really need to sort it out by then

Hi hun,

It could be that the bars (partic peanut) are high in fibre, maybe that set you off?

Hope you feel better today
xx
