I gve up Diet Coke 3 days before I started CD because I didn't want to be going through that as well. It was awful!! But, after 48 hours I felt ok. Chin up xxx

It's purely in my head cos I already drink the caffeine free stuff....switched in 2005 when I was breastfeeding, Lol!
