Steak with mash (no butter woo synfree) carrot parsnip broccoli and cauliflower

Kept syns to 16 which beats the 50+ I've been eating last few weeks

Today

Breakfast
Almond milk and wheat bites

Lunch
Mashed potato

Dinner
Irish mince beef stew
Red lentils, carrots, onions, mince beef, Pearl barley, green beans and herbs/spices

Lots of coke zero with mint.

Coffee with a lil milk so 2 syns

6 syns for hifi
 
Lots of water

Breakfast shreddies and almond milk

Banana

Lunch
Leftover stew with two baby potatoes

Dinner
I'm making fajitas with lettuce wraps with some airfryer chips 3 syns

Snacks today two HIFIs 6 syns

Made a virgin motijo style drink
4 limes squashed, two packets of fresh mint and 3 litres of sparkling water left it to stew for a few hours and have been sipping on it all afternoon. Its full of speedy goodness so hopefully help loose something for Friday

Its only a 40 min flight from east midlands and a 3 hour 40 min drive! Lol

Was good enough since but have gone over on syns I mean it was paddy's day after all.
So I had a pancake breakfast with 7 syns of nutella!
Lunch was soup and hexb sambo with chicken so about 5-6 syns with the butter oil in the soup and the scraping on the sandwich but I shared it with OH
Dinner.
I made steak with broccoli, airfryer chips and mash carrot/parsnip

Not bad considering I could of been out boozing.

I haven't ate much today feeling really off like my heads all cloudy.

Well done on not going out boozing :)
I'm looking forward to doing some drinking next weekend, my trip home to Cheshire keeps getting put back, I don't get to visit with my friends often.

I went to my Fav place in Letterkenny and had chicken black bean with some fried rice and noodles, and some prawn crackers

Breakfast 12 o clock oops

Didn't eat anything.

Dinner 8:40pm
Spaghetti and meatballs which were amazing. Made from scratch and only 3 syns in an entire batch of 50 balls.

We had enough for dinner last night, today's lunch, tonights tea for me (5 meals) and about 3 more meals in the pot to be froze.

So I think not eating regularly is getting me and not drinking water. I'm munching on crap.

Hey everyone.

Huge confession I have been so bold lately. Not counting syns and being a complete disaster. So back to group from tomorrow as doing it online has just lead to bad decisions. Finally started back exercise but finding that because I'm not working at the moment I've been eating more but it all stops today. Be prepared for 100% on plan me from tomorrow.

Big shop is done. House full of free food. Lots of protein and speed.

meatballs from the freezer stash 2 syns for the whole batch but it made 12 portions

rocket & spinach salad for extra speed
