We are back from Wales, tired, aching and ready for some good food :)

The walk/hike was 6.5 miles up a mountain it was supposedly medium difficulty but in some areas it was really difficult but the amazing views over Conway and Llandudno totally made up for it plus we were blessed with lovely sunshine. i know we will pay the price tomorrow with aches and pains but its another race weekend so we wont be up to much.

ok food for today

breakfast - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomato and 1 slice 400g toast (syns)

picnic - 1 B free wrap (HEB), tikka chicken, salad, slices of water melon and Morrisons popped cheese snacks (cant find syns) activia 0% fat yogurt

dinner - steak and kidney casserole with onions and mushrooms with SW chips....

Ohh what do SW roast potatoes consist of coz I keep flapping that my Sunday dinner is really high in calories because of the roast potatoes & Yorkshire pudding, do they do any low calorie/fat yorkies? Xx

SW roast potatoes just par boil your potatoes then drain them and let them cool. spray a baking tray with fry light and bung in the oven to heat, once hot put potatoes in spray with fry light and sprinkle with salt, pepper, herbs etc and put back in oven for approx 35 min or so better with a fan oven (BF has fan oven I don't) can do SW chips the same way.

Ooh sounds yummy especially the idea of adding herbs, I really need to get some of the fry light stuff!! Must add it to my shopping list! You have reminded me of my love of wedges, might do some tomorrow, get my potatoes used up!
Any idea how many calories etc they have? Do you use myfitnesspal? X

I don't use fitness pal so no idea how many calories - thats the best thing about slimming world you eat until your satisfied, all you count or measure are your syns, and healthy A & B, its called extra easy and it is what it says on the box. I couldn't cope with counting cals and all that I like to just eat and as long as it's off my free list I don't bother. The only things I weigh are my porridge oats for breakfast and my skimmed milk oh and any mayo or ketchup.
