Hello everyone :)

Starting again! I'm 22 and from Northern Ireland, I look after a little boy 3 days a week and I'm single! No man no problems eh ;)
I have done WW in the past but i always go back to badness! I have piled on 12lb since my step dads death in december, mainly cause i cannot be bothered with anything! So trying to get some of my Va va vooom back :)
I love love love love the weekends! So it is going to be very difficult curbing my alcohol intake :( and resisting a hungover trip to the chippy! But i will try :) Please give me any hints, tips or advice or share your stories!

Ryvita - 2PP
Low fat hummus - 2pp

Snacks:
3 Krisprolls - 3PP

Yummy! I love krisprolls!! I didn't realise they were a point each though!

Krisprolls are cracked wheat crackers.....perfect for cheese!!

Welcome Mairead!! Sorry to hear about your loss. I always put on weight after losing someone. I think I gain weight from stress.

Thanks for your wee replies!

Made Chilli "philly" prawns for dinner! Basically low fat philidelphia, sweet chilli sauce and stir fryed veg and prawns! Was beautiful, mouth is burning though! I pointed it around 12pp cause i had some pasta with it!

nicoleaimee its like a wee whole wheat crispy roll thing they come in a bag, tesco do them for 99p! there yum with either low fat cheese spread or chocolate philly :)

Busy busy day!! Arghhh. Just home from 8.30am :( tired wee bunny.

Breakfast:
3 Krisprolls 3PP
1 Low low triangle 1pp

Lunch:
Chilli Chic Pannini (I dont actually no the pp for this as was out for lunch, so going to geuss!) 12pp

Dinner:
Diet Coke Chicken - 4pp
Rice - 7pp

Hmmmm I baked with my godson today we made an "i love mum" cake for him to give for mothers day and i ate a bit, god sake :( but i was well proud of how good it looked! so i'm going to say it was around 8pp? I did use low low instead of butter though lol!

So thats 35pp today! So 2pp used from my weeklies! If i have estimated correctly of course :)

This is my first St.Patrick day in many years not drinking! Go me! It is also the first st.patricks day without my stepdad! was his fave day of the year as he was a true irish man so mixed emotions today! But had a good day and washed my own car rather than taking it to a car wash, an it was quite tiring! lol

Well i used my last 11 points on some onion ring crisps, a curly wurly and a pink n white! Exciting saturday night! lol.

Well Saturday was a slight disaster! Started good, cereal, milk, ryvita etc... then i went to a chinese buffet.... so i refuse to document saturday lol.! Fried rice, noodles, salt n chilli prawns mmmm! Regretted it ALL night tho!

Today has been much better :)

I have only used 20pp and done a 5mile walk but im not hungry and i need to make up for last night!! lol
 
Woohoo! 3.5lb off this week :) im chuffed!
I Dont think there is much point writing 3 days worth of food! lol. But i have stayed within my points every day and even had 9 left over on tuesday lol. I just wasnt hungry and i refuse to eat for the sake of it. Does anyone else struggle to use all their points? I think 34points is a bit much, i also earn 3activity points everyday.
