Dickie tummy anyone?

Had a cold earlier in the week but last 2/3 days have found that i've had an upset tummy, is this down to the lipotrim do you think or a bug maybe? I'm into my 6th week?

There is a bug going round,my daughter has it,she started with a cold now she feels sick and dizzy,she hasnt eaten for 2 days.prob u have that, hope you feel better soon x

Its more than likely a bug hunny so best to wrap up warm and let it take its course.
