Did anyone have stomach pains??

Don't know if I'm bloated or what, not sure if I've
Ever been bloated actually.

It's strange feeling, always notice it in the evening, for about a week now.

I dont know if it's the diet or my pill, I have always been bad at taking it cos I lack a routine, but since I started the diet properly I take my pill just before my shake. Aunt flo showed up then went a few days ago but I've been spotting ever since. (sorry tmi).

Any advice ?

Do you get the pains after eating?
People on here will all know my posts a few weeks ago about how i had to go to hospital on a Saturday due to eating the night before and being in severe pain the next morning, (top of my stomache underneath my bra) it was a tight, bruised feeling, i was struggling to breathe.. when i got to the hospital all they gave me was gaviscon and told me its due to the fact my body isn't used to eating certain foods anymore. Now everytime i have any form of carbs, i'll get the pain again. So i guess you could try gaviscon? It does work.

I get like a similar pain to what you get when your winded when i haven't drunk enough x

Could be wind hunny, many moons ago when I first started on Cambridge I really suffered.

Try some wind relief meds see if they help x
