Doing a sausage and onion dinner for us plus guests as its my OH 40th

I bought weight watchers pork sausages (80cal) from tesco, nothing else lower than that there!

Did i make the right choice?

How many syns would these be?

And do you know how many syns a slice of sponge cake (no icing) is please? (i will weigh it)
