Hi All,does anyone know who makes the Milkshakes for Diet Chef, and what the nutritional value is.
I am wanting to buy just the shakes.

it doesnt say on the packaging either, just looked at my chocolate ones. But don't know if you can just have the shakes as it would be to low in calories and you need to stay within your 1000 - 1200 limit. the shakes are only 225 calories you would need to have at least 5 of these a day andI dont know if they have all the nutrients that you need.

Someone with more know how should be along to help answer this one.

Just thought I'd say that you shouldn't try and lose weight on these sort of meal replacements alone, they are not meant that way and don't contain enough protein. (have a look at the News forum on minimins!)

If you are thinking of going down the total meal replacement route then Lighterlife, Cambridge Xante, W8, or Lipotrim are available, and safe ways to do this!
