I'm going to the cinema tonight and was wondering if I had a small diet/zero would it effect ketosis?

I think a small coke zero would be ok.

Avoid diet coke. It contains citric acid and is likely to knock you out of ketosis. Coke zero wont

I've had both whilst been in ketosis in past also, neither knocked me out. I guess excessive amounts may....I find coke zero curbs the sweet cravings better tho....

My consultant recommended coke zero only, not diet coke!

If it's not in the book, it's not in my belly!

Coke zero can make you more hungry. Any fizzy drink can.
