Hi I am new to this forum and have started Liptrim today.

I did LL a while back but cannot remember the rules on Diet Coke.

Was it allowed ?

Nope no diet coke sorry! Just water and coffee/tea!
Sounds hard to kill all other drinks off but you get used to it after a week xx Good luck xx

hey welcome im a newbie 2. i tried LL but it got expensive. no u cant av diet coke hun only water, black coffee or tea that i no anyway. lol. hope this helps.
