anyone every tried any? i know im being silly but im panicing now that i wont get to goal and will balloon over xmas.

i was thinking about trying one but its illegal

Dont waste your money. If they were geniune, and any real good, we'd all be using them. Youll pay over the odds for something that will most likely do you no good.

WW is without doubt the best diet to be on over Xmas etc. Youll be fine

I've been doing WW for 9 months and lost a fair bit... I'm gonna enjoy my xmas in the knowledge that any weight I gain I know I can get it off after. Everybody gains at Xmas.... But we know how to lose it ;-))

As someone who has tried every herbal diet pill on the market I have to say don't bother. They don't work. The only weight you'll lose is out of your pocket. I sometimes consider using them again and then I just remember that they don't work.

If you do put on weight over Christmas you can lose it again afterwards. That's my mantra this Christmas. Don't worry, enjoy Christmas.

As somebody that used Reductil I would say Don't Use Tablets... They're no good for you and if you do ww properly you really won't need them...x

I would not ever use epehdra. Ive never heard of it until i googled it and OMG the side effects! 155 people died using it in america thats why it was banned there. I would defo not risk taking it.Ephedra diet pills - the possibility of serious side effects

OMG they sound awful....don't do it. I ended up a wreck after taking Reductil... It's really not worth it...x

Talking from 2nd hand experience I have three friends who use/used the 'Slimming Pill' you mentioned all they achieved was terrible head aches, mood swings, not been able to sleep, been sick every time they ate, very bad tempers, and one ended up in hospital, things could have ended a lot worse! I have thought about taking them but I have a child too and I know I have more than myself to think about.
Diet and exercise may take effort and time but does achieve results and at the end when you have reached the targets you have set yourself you can be proud you have done it yourself and be a role model to you Children

thanks i obviously didnt bother in the end. im going to be so proud, only another 7lbs to go and ive done it all on my own! no vcld or anything! cant wait
