Batchelors pasta n sauce for quick lunches and when I can't be bothered! Chick pea dahl, cottage cheese, ham, eggs, solero ice creams, bananas, spices, lean mince, lean bacon, diet fizzy drinks, LOTS of fresh fruit and veg!

erm, flora light, mayo light, philadelphia extra light, fry light, muller light yoghurt, total 0% fat greek yoghurt, fat free 'light' sauces & dressings... coriander, parsley, oregano, stock stock stock...
for the freezer i'd definitely say ross's boil in the bag fish steaks in butter / parsley sauce (2.5 syns for the butter one, 2 syns for the parsley one, so yum and you literally just boil!) and maybe gonna start keeping some muller light yoghurts in the freezer too as i read this morning on another thread that someone said it tastes like ice cream! (love the vanilla and choc sprinkles one - free, and guilt free!)
kit kats - even if i get a 4 finger one i'll have 2 fingers a day so that's 5.5 syns... alpen light bars - summer fruits and choc&fudge esp, 2 as a hexb or 3 syns for 1, the c&f is so indulgent after a day of lettuce and carrots!!
new discovery - werther's chocs, they're 2 syns each which does seem a bit much, but they are yumyumz!

OMG eggs, i forgot about eggs. I gave up eating them on WW because we always get them fresh from the butcher and they are mahossive. MMMMM Egg salad for lunch, my friends are going to hate me and i don't care
