Habit Audit Most important two habits for me: 1. Get Active *I will increase my exercise to one hour per day for the rest of this week (Thur-Sun). It will consist of: -30 min walk -30 min Davina DVD per day 2. Portion Control *Measure out 3tbsp for my cereal (all bran) or 3 tbsp oats for my porridge. If having weetabix, just eat two of them- handiest for portion control *Measure 100ml for my skimmed milk in the morning with my cereal.
