Hi all, So in the the last 18 months I've had an horrific bout of depression, been asked to leave my rental property and somehow purchased my first house. I've also gained 5.5st and now weigh 19st 13, at least I did at 7am 01.01.14. This is 7lb over the heaviest I have ever been, and that was 6 years ago when I used CD to drop 5st in 4 months. I gradually then got down to 12st 6 and a size 12 with SW but struggled to maintain. Since then I've been fire fighting with WW, Exante 5-2 etc but never really commited. Anyhow, I'm fed up of being sluggish, spotty and fat. I've been using excuse like "i've not got time to cook", "i'm too tired", "I've got too much to do". IT'S TIME TO SORT MY LIFE OUT (and my wardrobe). Started SW (not officially joined) on New Years day as I know other works but find meeting painfully patronising. Usually do EE but sometimes green. Typical EE day, -Grapefruit (whole) with sweetener 2 Weetabix + 330ml skimmed milk (hex a + b). If I have time it's bacon medallions, beans, mushrooms and an egg. -Leftovers from dinner or 3 x original ryvita, 2 laughing cow light (6 syns), cooked ham or chicken, various veg sticks, 0 syn mullerlight -Dinner will usually be swimming world recipe like carbonara or a stif-fry. -snacks are fruit, veg, seafood sticks or cooked meats. If I have a sweet craving I'll have 30g branflakes crushed with mixed berries and total 0% with mixed with half a white choc options (total 5syns) I have speed soup in slow cooked overnight tonight and will be making a batch of sweet potato and spinach curry this week to fill freezer.
