HI GUYS AFTER TRYING SEVERAL DIFFERENT DIETS & SUCCEEDING SHORT TERM I DECIDED I NEEDED TO DO SOMETHING I COULD STICK TO
. I AM 3 STONE LIGHTER THAN I WAS BUT KNOW IF I KEEP EATING LIKE I DO I WILL PUT IT ALL BACK ON AGAIN
HAVE ALREADY PUT A STONE BACK ON I DON'T WANT TO GO ON A DOWNWARD SPIRAL ENDING UP AS BIG AS I WAS.
SO HAVE DECIDED NOTHING IS OFF LIMITS I WILL JUST HAVE SMALLER PORTIONS, SNACKS WILL BE FRUIT, FAT FREE YOGHURT OR LOWER CAL BISCUITS. I AM GOING TO TRY NOT TO EAT SWEETS OR CHOCOLATE AS THESE WILL BE MY DOWNFALL, I HAVE GOT A BAR OF 85% DARK CHOCOLATE IN FRIDGE IF I HAVE A CRAVING FOR CHOC WILL HAVE A SQUARE (AM HOPING THIS WILL KEEP ME ON THE STRAIGHT & NARROW
) I WILL BE WRITING DOWN MY FOOD EACH DAY JUST TO KEEP A CHECK ON WHAT I AM EATING SO HERE GOES ...........
